Nutridom Evening Primrose Oil provides 500 mg of cold-pressed evening primrose seed oil per softgel, standardized to 10% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), or 50 mg of GLA per softgel. This Canadian-made formula contains 200 softgels.
Recommended dose (adults): Take 2–4 softgels daily. Take with a meal containing dietary fat. Refrigerate after opening.
