Magnesium 50 mg (Magnesium L-threonate). Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate
Recommended Dose: Adolescents and adults 9 years and older: 2 capsules, 2 times per day. Take with food.
