Ingredients

Each capsule provides 100 billion CFU from Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04, Bi-07 and HN019; Bifidobacterium infantis Bi-26; Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14 and NCFM; Lactobacillus brevis Lbr-35; Lactobacillus casei Lc-11; Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc-37; Lactobacillus plantarum Lp-115; Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG; and Lactococcus lactis LI-23. Non-medicinal ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, a hypromellose and gellan gum capsule, and medium-chain triglycerides.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. If taking antibiotics, take at least 2–3 hours before or after. No refrigeration required. Store in a cool, dry place.
