Medicinal ingredients: Iodine 75 mcg (from whole kelp); iodine 75 mcg (from potassium iodide); ocean mineral concentrate 3034 mg (from seawater), providing magnesium 100 mg, boron 0.125 mg, calcium 0.05 mg, potassium 20 mg and sodium 40 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: None.
Adults: Mix ½–1 teaspoon (2.5–5 mL) daily with drinking water or another beverage, or use as directed by a health care practitioner.
