Ingredients

Each 5 g serving contains instantized branched-chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio: L-leucine 50%, L-valine 25% and L-isoleucine 25%. Non-medicinal ingredient: sunflower lecithin.

Directions

Mix one heaping teaspoon (5 g) with 180–240 mL of water, juice or another beverage for 15–20 seconds. Follow the current package label.
