Ingredients
AM capsule medicinal ingredients: Rhodiola rosea root extract 200 mg, standardized to 3% rosavins; thiamine 20 mg; riboflavin 5 mg; niacinamide 20 mg; D-pantothenic acid 10 mg; vitamin B6 10 mg; folate 0.2 mg; vitamin B12 0.05 mg; biotin 0.1 mg; and magnesium 40 mg. AM non-medicinal ingredients: maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hypromellose and turmeric. PM capsule medicinal ingredients: ashwagandha root 30:1 dry extract 200 mg, equivalent to 6,000 mg dried root, and L-theanine 200 mg. PM non-medicinal ingredients: maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hypromellose and elderberry juice powder.
Directions
Adults 19 years and older: Take one Rhoziva AM capsule in the morning and one Rhoziva PM capsule in the evening.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you take antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy or birth-control medication, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than four weeks. Do not use if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar-spectrum disorder. Stop use if irritability or insomnia occurs. Some people may experience drowsiness; use caution when operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or performing activities requiring mental alertness. Store at room temperature away from moisture, direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep away from children. Do not use if the seal is broken.
