Ingredients
Each softgel contains black currant oil (Ribes nigrum) seed, 500 mg, providing gamma-linolenic acid 70 mg and alpha-linolenic acid 52.5 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin, glycerin and water.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 softgels 3 times daily with meals.
