Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients per 4 g teaspoon: grape seed extract 125 mg (95% proanthocyanidins), green tea extract 125 mg (95% polyphenols, 50% EGCG, 0.5% caffeine and 80% catechins), MSM 1,000 mg, glucosamine hydrochloride 750 mg, inulin 500 mg, vitamin C 400 mg, magnesium 145 mg, betaine hydrochloride 200 mg, vitamin E 67 mg AT (100 IU), and hyaluronic acid 25 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: organic blackberry, cranberry, raspberry and blueberry fruit powders, monk fruit, natural flavouring, and malic acid.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon twice daily. Mix with water or diluted juice. Do not take with dairy products. Avoid taking at bedtime.
