Ingredients
Each capsule contains lactase from Aspergillus oryzae 250 mg, providing 9,000 FCC ALU. Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin and purified water capsule, microcrystalline cellulose and vegetable magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: Take 1–2 capsules 1–3 times daily just before consuming food containing lactose. Take with each lactose-containing meal. Do not exceed 2 capsules at one time. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use.
Warnings
Consult before use if you have diabetes or if symptoms persist or worsen. Discontinue if headache, heartburn, bloating or hypersensitivity occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
