Ingredients
Each capsule contains berberine from Berberis aquifolium root 500 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily at the beginning of a meal. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
