Ingredients
Each tablet contains zinc 50 mg from zinc citrate. Non-medicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable-source magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
