Ingredients
Each tablet contains vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg, iron (ferrous fumarate) 35 mg, manganese (manganese gluconate) 2 mg, folate (folic acid) 0.1 mg and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg. Non-medicinal ingredients: cellulose, dextrose, croscarmellose sodium and vegetable-grade magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Warnings
For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
