Ingredients
Each softgel contains organic evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) seed oil, hexane-free, 1,000 mg, providing linoleic acid 680 mg and gamma-linolenic acid 100 mg. Other ingredients: natural vitamin E from non-GMO sunflower and rosemary leaf extract in a softgel of bovine gelatin, glycerin and purified water.
Directions
Adults: For acne, eczema, skin moisture, hydration, elasticity and firmness, take 2 softgels twice daily. As a source of omega-6 or linoleic acid, take 2 softgels daily. For other labelled uses, take 2 softgels one to three times daily.
Warnings
