Ingredients
Each vegetable capsule contains zinc from hydrolyzed vegetable protein chelate 25 mg. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO vegetable capsule.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily with a meal or as directed by a health care practitioner. If taking medication or other natural health products, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Warnings
Zinc supplementation can cause copper deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner before use if unsure whether you are taking enough copper. Keep in a dark, dry place, keep out of reach of children and do not use if the seal is broken.
