Size: 180 chewable lozenges
Recommended adult dose: Take 1–3 lozenges daily before bedtime. Chew or hold in the mouth until dissolved. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a health care practitioner before use and do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
