Ingredients
Each 5 mL contains fish oil from anchovy, mackerel and sardine body oil 4.55 g, providing omega-3 fatty acids 1,500 mg, including EPA 750 mg and DHA 500 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: rosemary oleoresin extract, non-GMO mixed tocopherols, natural raspberry flavour, sunflower lecithin, natural lemonade flavour, monk fruit extract, ascorbyl palmitate and astaxanthin.
Directions
Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily. Children 1–13 years: Take 1/2–1 teaspoon (2.5–5 mL) daily.
