Ingredients
Each capsule contains chromium (picolinate) 167 mcg, cinnamon 10:1 extract 33 mg, gymnema 20:1 extract 66.5 mg, bitter melon 10:1 extract 85 mg and R(+)-alpha-lipoic acid (sodium salt) 100 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose and sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose. Contains approximately 10 mg sodium per capsule.
Directions
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule daily, half an hour before a meal, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Swallow whole. Do not exceed the daily dose unless instructed by a health care practitioner.
Warnings
Do not use if pregnant or nursing, allergic to cinnamon or Peruvian balsam, or if you have acid reflux or stomach or intestinal ulcers. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have a kidney disorder, diabetes, liver disease or alcoholism, take acetaminophen, or for use beyond 6 months. Stop use and seek advice if symptoms of serious low blood sugar or hypersensitivity occur. Not suitable for children.
