Ingredients

Each capsule provides boron 100 mcg, calcium 143 mg, chromium 14.3 mcg, copper 143 mcg, iodine 21.4 mcg, magnesium 60 mg, manganese 329 mcg, molybdenum 6.4 mcg, potassium 14 mg, selenium 7.9 mcg, silicon 7.1 mg, vanadium 2.6 mcg, vitamin D3 3.6 mcg (142.857 IU) and zinc 1.6 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients include citric acid, tapioca dextrin, dicalcium phosphate, glycine, L-aspartic acid, corn maltodextrin, olive oil, rice flour, soy flour, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium stearyl fumarate and a hypromellose capsule.

Directions

Adults 18 years and older: Take up to 7 capsules daily with food, a few hours before or after other medications, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless instructed by a practitioner.

Warnings

Contains corn- and soy-derived ingredients. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with other potassium supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months. Diarrhea may occur.
