Ingredients
Each capsule contains GABA 50 mg, L-theanine 100 mg, 5-HTP 50 mg, melatonin 1.5 mg, valerian root extract 75 mg, passionflower extract 16 mg and lemon balm extract 150 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: maltodextrin, gum arabic, silicon dioxide and sodium stearyl fumarate; hypromellose capsule.
Directions
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1–2 capsules daily at or before bedtime, with or without food. Swallow capsules whole; do not blend, mix or crush. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 weeks.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have a medical condition or take medication, particularly sedatives, blood-pressure medicines, anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, steroids, immunosuppressants or serotonergic products. Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, taking immunosuppressants or if you have scleroderma. Avoid alcohol and products that cause drowsiness. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after use. Stop use and seek advice if allergy or serious adverse symptoms occur.
