Ingredients

Each capsule contains black tang extract 200 mg, L-tyrosine 200 mg, ashwagandha extract 100 mg, forskohlii extract 100 mg, guggul extract 100 mg, zinc 10 mg, copper 500 mcg, iodine 100 mcg and selenium 50 mcg. Non-medicinal ingredients: hypromellose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food. Take a few hours before or after medication. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.

Warnings

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, sensitive to iodine, taking iodine supplements, or if you have a thyroid disorder such as hyperthyroidism. Consult a health care practitioner before use with beta-blockers, calcium-channel blockers, anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, or if you have a coagulation disorder or bleeding risk. Discontinue use if gastrointestinal discomfort, headache or rash occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
