Ingredients

Each vegetarian softgel contains organic cold-pressed unrefined flaxseed oil 753 mg and organic evening primrose seed oil 10 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients include organic sunflower, sesame, coconut, rice-bran and oat-bran oils, organic soy lecithin, tocopherols, glycerin, water, modified food starch, carrageenan, sorbitol and caramel.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times daily with meals. Fourteen capsules are equivalent to 15 mL (1 tablespoon) of oil.

Warnings

Manufactured in a facility that also processes mustard and wheat. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
