Ingredients

Each capsule contains elemental iron 11 mg from heme iron polypeptide (BSE-free bovine hemoglobin, naturally sourced and hormone free), selenium 66.7 mcg from selenomethionine, folate 333.3 mcg from L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium salt, vitamin B12 333.3 mcg from methylcobalamin, and vitamin C 100 mg from ascorbic acid. Non-medicinal ingredients: BSE-free bovine gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide and vegetable-source magnesium stearate.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule 1–3 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Warnings
