Ingredients
Each teaspoon (5 mL) contains elemental magnesium 72 mg from 1,000 mg Magtein magnesium L-threonate. Non-medicinal ingredients: sunflower phospholipids, acacia gum, citric acid, stevia leaf extract, xanthan gum, natural mixed berry flavour, natural vitamin E, beta-carotene, vegetable glycerin, potassium sorbate, ethyl alcohol and purified water.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) once daily. Use the calibrated measuring cup provided; do not drink directly from the bottle. Shake well before each use and refrigerate after opening.
Warnings
