Ingredients

Medicinal ingredients per delayed-release vegetarian capsule: Bifidobacterium bifidum / B. lactis (Bb-02) 1.8 billion CFU; Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (Bl-04) 3.7 billion CFU; Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14) 4.4 billion CFU; Lactobacillus casei (Lc-11) 1.2 billion CFU; Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lr-32) 2.2 billion CFU; Lactobacillus salivarius (Ls-33) 1.2 billion CFU; Streptococcus thermophilus (St-21) 1.5 billion CFU. Non-medicinal ingredients: L-glutamine 250 mg, vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose and gellan gum. No added gluten, nuts, eggs, animal products, dairy products, fish or shellfish, soy, corn, wheat or yeast.

Directions

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: Take 1 capsule once daily, 30 minutes before or with a meal. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics or antifungals.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset worsen or persist for more than three days. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition such as AIDS or lymphoma, or are undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment. Store in a cool, dry place; refrigeration extends expiry.
