Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains L-theanine 100 mg; GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) 25 mg; L-5-HTP 50 mg; valerian root 100 mg from a 4.5:1 extract standardized to 0.8% valerenic acid (equivalent to 450 mg dried root); passionflower herb top 75 mg from a 4:1 extract (equivalent to 300 mg dried herb); hops strobile 50 mg from a 4:1 extract (equivalent to 200 mg dried herb); melatonin 3 mg; and elemental magnesium 60 mg from magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium oxide. Non-medicinal ingredients: vegetable-source magnesium stearate and hypromellose capsule.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily, 30–45 minutes before bedtime.

Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have depression or a related condition, or if you take carbidopa, serotonergic products, anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, blood-pressure medication, immunosuppressants, sedatives, hypnotics, psychotropic medications or steroids. Consult before use if you have asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, diabetes or hypoglycaemia, a hormonal or immune-system disorder, liver disease, migraine or a seizure disorder. Do not combine with alcohol or other products with sedative properties. Consult if sleeplessness persists for more than 3 weeks. Do not use if you have scleroderma. Drowsiness, gastrointestinal symptoms or hypersensitivity may occur; discontinue use if an allergy occurs. Use caution when driving or operating machinery within 2 hours of use.
