Ingredients

Each 2-teaspoon (6.6 g) serving contains Bifidobacterium bifidum/B. lactis Bb-02 1.8 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis Bl-04 3.7 billion CFU, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14 4.4 billion CFU, Lacticaseibacillus casei Lc-11 1.2 billion CFU, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Lp-115 1.5 billion CFU, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus Lr-32 2.2 billion CFU, Ligilactobacillus salivarius Ls-33 1.2 billion CFU, L-glutamine 250 mg and organic inulin 6,000 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: natural mixed-berry flavour and stevia leaf.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 teaspoons once daily, dissolved in 250 mL of water. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics or antifungals, and 2 hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
