Ingredients
Each delayed-release capsule provides a 16-strain probiotic blend totalling 50 billion CFU at expiry: Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Levilactobacillus brevis Lbr-35, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus Lb-87, Lacticaseibacillus casei Lc-11, Limosilactobacillus fermentum SBS-1, Lactobacillus gasseri Lg-36, Lacticaseibacillus paracasei Lpc-37, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Lp-115, Ligilactobacillus salivarius Ls-33, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis Bl-04, Bi-07 and HN-019, Bifidobacterium bifidum Bb-06, Bifidobacterium breve Bb-18, and Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum Bl-05. Non-medicinal ingredients: fructooligosaccharides, inulin, dipotassium phosphate, gellan gum, hypromellose, vegetable-source magnesium stearate, monobasic potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, sucrose and trehalose.
Directions
Women: Take 1 capsule daily, at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if digestive upset occurs, worsens or persists beyond 3 days. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Do not use while taking tetracycline. Store in a cool, dry place; refrigeration extends shelf life.
