Ingredients
Each capsule contains valerian 4:1 extract (Valeriana officinalis, root) 300 mg, standardized to 0.8% valerenic acids and equivalent to 1,200 mg dried root. Non-medicinal ingredients: rice powder, gelatin capsule, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate and silica.
Directions
Adults: Take 1–2 capsules daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 3 weeks or symptoms persist or worsen. Avoid alcohol and other sedative medicines or natural health products. Drowsiness may occur; use caution within 2 hours of driving or operating machinery. Keep out of reach of children.
