Ingredients

Each sublingual tablet contains melatonin (non-animal source) 3 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, natural flavours, croscarmellose sodium and vegetable-grade magnesium stearate.

Directions

Adults: Allow 1–3 tablets to dissolve under the tongue once daily as needed, 10–30 minutes before bedtime. Follow the current label for any other authorized use.

Warnings

Avoid alcohol and products that cause drowsiness. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after use. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists beyond 4 weeks, before use if you have a relevant medical condition, or if taking steroids, blood thinners, seizure or blood-pressure medication, immunosuppressants, psychotropic medicines or sedatives. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if allergy, headache, confusion or nausea occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
