Ingredients
Each tablet contains melatonin (non-animal source) 10 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, carbohydrate gum, sodium copper chlorophyllin, croscarmellose sodium and vegetable-grade magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily at or before bedtime. For jet lag, take 1 tablet at bedtime while travelling and at destination until adapted to the new daily pattern. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Warnings
Avoid alcohol and products that cause drowsiness. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after use. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists beyond 4 weeks, before use with specified medications, or if you have a relevant medical condition. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if allergy, headache, confusion or nausea occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
