Ingredients
Each chewable tablet contains Suntheanine L-theanine 100 mg, 5-HTP 15 mg and melatonin 1.5 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: cane sugar, stearic acid, xylitol, silica, natural flavours, citric acid and vegetable-grade magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: Chew 2 tablets once daily, 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
Warnings
Avoid alcohol and products that cause drowsiness. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after use. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists beyond 4 weeks, before use if you have a medical condition or take medication, and if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have scleroderma, or with antidepressants. Stop use if allergy, headache, confusion, nausea or other concerning symptoms occur. Keep out of reach of children.
