Ingredients
Each softgel contains vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 62.5 mcg (2,500 IU). Non-medicinal ingredients: softgel made from gelatin, glycerin and purified water, and organic flaxseed oil.
Directions
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 softgel daily with an adequate intake of calcium, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have kidney disorders, take other vitamin D products or prescription medications. Do not use with hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria. Stop use and seek advice if symptoms of hypercalcemia or other side effects occur. Keep out of reach of children.
