Ingredients
Each softgel contains fish oil 400 mg, providing EPA 160 mg and DHA 80 mg; organic borage seed oil 400 mg, standardized to 24% GLA; organic flax seed oil 400 mg; and organic sea buckthorn fruit pulp oil 100 mg. Other ingredients: natural vitamin E from non-GMO sunflower in a softgel made with bovine gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 softgels twice daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
