Ingredients
Each softgel contains vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 62.5 mcg (2,500 IU). Other ingredients: medium-chain triglycerides, natural vitamin E from non-GMO sunflower, glycerin, bovine gelatin and purified water.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 softgel daily with an adequate intake of calcium. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
Warnings
