Ingredients
Each soft gel contains fish oil 1000 mg from anchovies and sardines, providing EPA 165 mg, DHA 110 mg and other omega-3 fatty acids 70 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: soft gel capsule (gelatin, purified water and glycerin), natural lemon flavour, vitamin E and rosemary extract.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 soft gels daily with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
