Ingredients
Each capsule contains L-5-hydroxytryptophan from Griffonia simplicifolia seed 100 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: rice flour and vegetable capsule (hypromellose, water).
Directions
Adults: For fibromyalgia, take 1 capsule 3–4 times daily with food. For migraine prophylaxis, take 1–2 capsules 2–3 times daily with food. Follow the manufacturer’s duration guidance and begin gradually to reduce gastrointestinal effects.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner before use if pregnant or breastfeeding or if taking carbidopa or serotonergic drugs or supplements. Do not use with scleroderma. Stop use and seek advice for weakness, oral ulcers, severe muscle pain with abdominal pain, or skin changes.
