Each tablet contains beta-carotene 3,600 mcg; vitamin A 907 mcg RAE; vitamin D 5 mcg; vitamin E 33.5 mg AT; vitamin C 125 mg; thiamine 10 mg; riboflavin 10 mg; niacinamide 10 mg; pantothenic acid 10 mg; vitamin B6 10 mg; folate 250 mcg; vitamin B12 15 mcg; biotin 50 mcg; calcium 75 mg; magnesium 65 mg; iron 5 mg; zinc 2.5 mg; copper 1,000 mcg; manganese 1 mg; iodine 50 mcg; selenium 50 mcg; chromium 25 mcg; molybdenum 10 mcg; and vanadium 10 mcg. Non-medicinal ingredients: sorbitol, dextrose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, citric acid, sucralose, natural cherry flavour and natural pink colour.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a morning or noon meal, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after medications.
