Ingredients
Each 1 mL contains melatonin 10 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: citric acid, vegetable glycerin, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, purified water, black cherry flavour, sodium gluconate, black carrot juice, blackcurrant juice and invert sugar.
Directions
Adults: Take 0.5–1 mL once daily at or before bedtime. One mL provides 10 mg melatonin.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Avoid alcohol and products that cause drowsiness. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after use.
