Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients: passionflower, valerian, California poppy, chamomile, hops and motherwort. Non-medicinal ingredients: distilled water, certified organic alcohol and certified organic vegetable glycerine.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 mL (60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. As a sleep aid, the full 6 mL daily dose may be taken at bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for long-term use.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner before use if breastfeeding or if you have depression, and if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks. Do not use if pregnant. Avoid alcohol, analgesic products and other products that cause drowsiness. Drowsiness may occur; use caution when driving or operating machinery. Stop use if an allergic reaction occurs.
