Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains water-soluble pumpkin seed extract (Cucurbita pepo) 262 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (cellulose, purified water), vegetable-grade magnesium stearate and silica.

Directions

Adults: For the first 2 weeks, take 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. After the first 2 weeks, take 1 capsule 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
