Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients per ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL): Ocean mineral concentrate from seawater, 3,034 mg, providing calcium 50 mcg, magnesium 100 mg, potassium 20 mg, sodium 40 mg and boron 125 mcg; iodine from potassium iodide and kelp, 75 mcg. No non-medicinal ingredients.
Directions
Adults: Mix ½–1 teaspoon (2.5–5 mL) daily with drinking water or another beverage, or use as directed by a health care practitioner.
