Each tablet contains: Suntheanine ® L-Theanine 100 mg L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) ( Griffonia simplicifolia ) (seed) 15 mg Melatonin (non-animal source) 1.5 mg
Recommended adult dose: Chew as needed 2 tablets once daily, 30–60 minutes before bedtime, or use as directed by a health care practitioner.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). When using this product, avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and a driving or using machinery for 5 hours. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or kidney disease, seizure disorder, asthma, or diabetes, or if you are taking carbidopa or health products with serotonergic activity, such as mood balance supplements, cough medication containing dextromethorphan, painkillers, medications for nausea or migraine. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking steroids, blood thinners, medications for seizures, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state, or to increase sedation. When using this product, you may experience gastrointestinal discomfort/disturbances. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience skin hardening, pain or stiffness of muscles or joints, tremors, agitation/confusion, or an increased heart rate. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have scleroderma, or are taking antidepressants. Stop use if an allergic reaction occurs or if you experience headache or nausea. Keep out of the reach of children.
